    A Human Resource Professional with 36 years of an enriched experience at senior HR positions in large Organizations like Bharti Group, Sona-Koyo Group, Jet Air Group, Quark Inc USA, Espire InfoLabs (CMMI Level 5 Company), Altos India and Raunq Group. In his last assignment in IAP Group, he had been assignedthe job of setting up the operation of a JV Company in India with Japan’s US $4.5 Billion Group ‘PASONA Inc’ in Human Resource field and was appointed as COO in the company, named ‘Team Pasona India Co. Ltd.’ and later continued as Director on Board from Indian Partner’s side for 5 years. Now after having in-depth understanding of Human Resource aspect in the Corporate world, he is determined to bring a significant change in the Indian skilling eco-system in order to benefit to the direction less and marginalized youth, especially to women youth with focus in 2 Tier and 3 Tier Cities and in Rural belts. His mission is to create an opportunity for skilled youth in different domains so that they could earn their livelihood with pride and dignity and get economically empowered.

  • Surendra Nath Patra – Vice President

    Former Head of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). With more than two decades of enriched experience in public services and social development roles, he had been pivotal in various social intervention programs like economic development of the rural underprivileged, education initiatives for the marginalized, rain water harvesting and renewable energy initiatives for Green Village projects, public health care initiatives, and women empowerment initiatives through sustainable livelihood projects. He has been Chairman and Founder of Padmabati Trust for Developing Communities (PTDC) as well.

    During his tenure with RSP, he actively collaborated with Akshaya Patra Foundation- Bangalore, BAIF Development Research Foundation-Pune, KFW Germany - a German Government- owned Development Bank, Development Alternatives Group- New Delhi, Drushti Daan- Bhubaneswar, Jayaashree Industries- Coimbatore,Society for Rural Industrialization- Ranchi, etc for the successful implementation of the various social development programs undertaken. He has extensive experience in Disaster Management and has worked with NDMA and Odisha State Disaster Management Authority during the cyclonic calamities in the state, fulfilling RSP’s social responsibility for people of the state of Odisha and the country.

    His pursuit of excellence, dedication for development of the society and experience with diverse stakeholders like government, public representatives, vulnerable communities, NGOs, opinion leaders and community volunteers proved as an asset for fulfilling the RSP’s vision, and recognition of the PSU through various awards like World CSR Congress Awards, Golden Peacock Award, Think CSR Award to RSP etc.

  • Atikur Rahman – COO

    A Digital Literacy professional with 17 years of vast experience in Vocational Education and Training. He is a founder Director of Delta Educational Systems Private Limited and has been imparting training in computer literacy, English and in personality development for semi-urban and rural youth, especially for girls in disturbed/ special areas of Jharkhand and empowering them to earn their livelihood. Also facilitating youth for smooth transition in urban areas, where the job opportunities are plenty. He has been instrumental in settling them in the vicinity of their workplace.

    He is passionately involved in skilling eco-system and is contributing effectively in setting up the required infrastructure as per the defined guidelines and has deep routed connects with the community stakeholders, who are keen to impact the society by empowering the youth through skill development and connecting them with the potential employers.
